helpful staff convenient location small bathroom stained towel
the staff were helpful. they always greeted me with a smile. the location was very convenient as it was close to the train station. i could quickly access transportation.
the bathroom was quite small. it felt a bit cramped. the towel had a noticeable stain on it. i was not comfortable using it.

Excellent Hotel Near the Station
really good location station proximity calming ambience subtle scents
The hotel's location is really good! It is so close to the station. This proximity made traveling easy. The availability of convenience stores nearby was also a great benefit. I found the calming ambience and subtle scents throughout the hotel refreshing.
The room size was a bit smaller than I expected. Arranging luggage required some planning.

Really good Stay Near the Station!

The hotel is in a great location right next to the station. My room was super clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I slept well. The staff was very helpful and cute. I received assistance with directions.
The bathroom had a slight sewage smell, noticeable when the door was open. I think it came from the pipes. I hope the hotel can fix this!

the hotel staff was helpful and kind. i used the on-site laundry, a super easy all in one washer and dryer. the hotel is near railway links.

convenient location room spaciousness attentive staff modern amenities
The location was convenient, being just steps from the station! i was charmed by the spaciousness of the room. It comfortably accommodated my luggage. the staff were always so attentive and helpful, going above and beyond to answer all my questions. i especially loved the modern amenities like the television displaying laundry room availability. It saved me so much time!!!
the only minor issue i noticed was that the hallways felt a little dimly lit at times.

helpful staff laundry facilities
the staff helped us with our bags upon arrival. the room included complimentary sleepwear, which i thought was a nice touch. the location near the station was really convenient. the hotel also had laundry facilities available , very useful .
the air conditioning seemed centrally controlled. i couldn't adjust it enough to keep the room as cool as i preferred at night.
